Refund Policy

Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

 

Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Non-returnable Items

  • Certain health and personal care products.

 

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Any return requested more than 30 days after delivery.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Recheck your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company – it may take time for the refund to post.
  • Contact your bank – processing delays may occur.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.
Sale items are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Please contact us at info@cnmart.co.uk within 72 hours of receiving the item.

 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive gift credit for the value of the return.
Once the return is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will go to the gift giver.

 

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for paying the return shipping cost.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • For returns over £45, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
