Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Dispatch Time

We process and print all orders each morning at 8:00am, Monday to Friday.

  • Orders placed before 6:00am (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched on the same working day.
  • Orders placed after 6:00am, or at any time on Saturday, Sunday, or UK public holidays, will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

We do not dispatch orders on weekends or UK public holidays.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day, depending on the time the order is received.

 

2. Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2–3 working days (Royal Mail 48 Tracked).

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • public holidays
  • severe weather
  • courier delays or strikes
  • unforeseen external factors

 

3. Out of Stock Items

If any item in your order is unavailable, we will contact you to:

  • offer an alternative product,
  • issue a partial/full refund, or
  • provide a restock update (if applicable).

 

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing:

  • a tracking number
  • a tracking link

Please allow 1–3 working days for tracking information to update.

 

5. Incorrect Address (Customer Responsibility)

Customers must ensure the delivery address provided is correct and complete.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at info@cnmart.co.uk.
Because orders are processed quickly, address changes may not always be possible.

 

6. Delivery Attempts & Undeliverable Orders

Couriers may:

  • deliver to a neighbour,
  • leave the parcel in a safe place, or
  • return it to the local delivery office for collection.

Your order may be returned to us if:

  • the address is incorrect or incomplete,
  • delivery attempts fail,
  • the parcel is refused.

If returned to us, we can reship the order once additional postage is paid.

Refunds for perishable food (including Good to Go, Near Best Before, and Best Before Passed items) cannot be issued when the return results from customer error.

For non-perishable items, original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

7. Risk of Loss

In line with UK delivery standards, risk transfers to the customer once the carrier marks the parcel as:

  • Delivered,
  • Delivered to neighbour, or
  • Left in a safe place.

 

8. Returns

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your parcel is marked as Delivered but not received:

1.    First contact the courier using your tracking number.

2.    If assistance is required, email us at info@cnmart.co.uk.

CNMART is not liable for parcels marked as delivered by the carrier.

 

10. International Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

 

11. Age-Restricted Deliveries (Alcohol)

Alcohol orders require age verification under the UK Challenge 25 policy.

Delivery may be refused if the recipient cannot present valid identification.

If age verification fails and the order is returned, additional postage will be required for redelivery.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
