Directions:

Bring 10 cups of water to a boil for every 1 cup of tapioca pearls. Add the pearls to the boiling water and stir gently to prevent sticking. Cook on medium heat for 2–3 minutes, then cover and simmer for an additional 2–3 minutes, or until the desired chewiness is reached. Remove from heat, drain, and rinse with cold water. For added sweetness, soak the cooked pearls in sugar syrup or honey before serving. Use immediately for best texture.
