4.    Delivery Issues: If the address is incorrect or the courier is unable to deliver after three attempts, the parcel will be returned to the depot. In such cases, redelivery or cancellation is possible, but courier charges are non-refundable. For items with free delivery, return charges will be deducted based on the item's weight.

5.    Lost Parcel Policy: Claims for undelivered parcels must be made within 21 days of the order date. After 28 days, the courier will not accept any claim, so please contact us promptly if you have not received your order.
